On September 10, 2025, the Ministry of Finance signed Official Dispatch No. 14000/BTC-QLBH approving Ms. Tran Thi To Nga as the Chairman of the Board of Members of Liberty Insurance Limited, replacing Ms. Lee Kar Lun Karen from September 10, 2025.
