Liberty Insurance Limited receives amended license from the Ministry of Finance

Further to Liberty Insurance Limited’s announcement regarding its joining Chubb: https://www.libertyinsurance.com.vn/en/liberty-insurance-limited-has-joined-chubb, Liberty Insurance Limited (“Liberty” or the “Company”) would like to announce that the Ministry of Finance has issued Amended License No. 40/GPĐC8/KDBH dated 23 June 2026 amending Liberty’s Establishment and Operation License.

The Amended License records the updated ownership structure of Liberty following the completion of the transaction previously announced by the Company. Accordingly, Chubb INA International Holdings Ltd. is recorded as the sole owner of Liberty Insurance Limited, holding 100% of the Company’s charter capital. The Amended License took effect from the date of issuance.
