Liberty Insurance introduces E-Claim feature for health insurance for enhanced customer experience

Liberty Insurance is proud to announce the launch of our new online compensation filing feature, designed to provide customers with a more convenient and expedited compensation process. This feature, available for health insurance products starting June 1, 2024, underscores our commitment to continuously improving service quality and leveraging technology to benefit our customers in Vietnam.

Customers with Premium Health Insurance (HealthCare), Standard Health Insurance (MediCare), and Family Health Insurance (FamilyCare) now have the option to submit compensation documents online via Liberty's website at Liberty EasyClaim (https://eclaim.libertyinsurance.com.vn/) or by scanning the provided QR code.
