PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Liberty Insurance Limited (the “Company”) hereby discloses information regarding Decision No. 108/QD-XPHC dated 9 October 2026 issued by the Director General of the Insurance Supervisory Authority under the Ministry of Finance, imposing an administrative penalty on the Company, as follows:

- Violation: The Company’s Appointed Actuary failed to meet the qualifications and requirements prescribed by the laws on insurance business.

- Administrative penalty: A fine of VND 150,000,000.

- Remedial measure: The Company is required to ensure that its Appointed Actuary meets the qualifications and requirements prescribed by the laws on insurance business.

The Company is taking the necessary steps to comply with the Decision in accordance with applicable laws.
