Liberty was honored to welcome our Northern agents and partners to the launch event of Liberty Zalo Mini App & Liberty HealthCare held on October 15 in Hanoi, where technology and insurance came together to deliver an enhanced, customer-centric service experience.

During the event, agents had the opportunity to hear directly from Liberty’s leadership team and experience firsthand the outstanding performance, “double the convenience, multiplied efficiency” brought by Liberty’s latest technology innovations.

Notably, right at the event, agents successfully issued policies directly via the Mini App, reaching a total contract value of over VND 100 million. This achievement highlights both the effectiveness of Liberty’s digital solutions and our shared commitment to business growth and lasting partnerships with our agent network.

Liberty HealthCare – A new benchmark in premium health insurance

Ms. Vy Nguyen, Leader, Product Health & Personal Accident introduced the upgraded version of Liberty HealthCare Premier Health Insurance.

Now, with just a personal mobile phone and a few simple steps on the Zalo app, agents can:

• Issue policies directly on Zalo without downloading any additional app – simply scan a QR code to access the Liberty Zalo Mini App
• Stay updated with the latest information and policies, keeping track of all business programs and product updates
• Leverage OCR technology for automatic data recognition and entry, saving significant time and effort
• Experience seamless and fast quoting – contracting – payment
• Manage quotations effectively – store previous quotes and provide instant information to customers
• Data is synchronized across all Liberty systems, ensuring agent benefits while customers remain continuously and comprehensively protected.

Speaking at the launch event, Ms. Tram Chung, Leader, Motor Product, emphasized that the Liberty Zalo Mini App is a technology solution developed to realize Liberty’s commitment to optimally supporting agents in serving customers. She noted that the team expects the application to quickly become a familiar tool, accompanying agents in their daily work.

During the rollout phase, Liberty will continuously listen to feedback from agents in order to improve, expand features, and add more products to the app, delivering an increasingly effective and convenient experience.
