On August 8 in Ho Chi Minh City, Liberty Insurance successfully hosted the launch of two standout solutions for agents: Liberty HealthCare Premium Health Insurance, an upgraded version with breakthrough benefits, and the Liberty Zalo Mini App, a tool that enables agents to consult, quote, and issue policies directly on Zalo.

Now, with just a personal mobile phone and a few simple steps on the Zalo app, agents can:

• Leverage OCR technology for automatic data recognition and entry, saving significant time and effort

Speaking at the launch event, Ms. Tram Chung, Leader, Motor Product, emphasized that the Liberty Zalo Mini App is a technology solution developed to realize Liberty’s commitment to optimally supporting agents in serving customers. She noted that the team expects the application to quickly become a familiar tool, accompanying agents in their daily work.

During the rollout phase, Liberty will continuously listen to feedback from agents in order to improve, expand features, and add more products to the app, delivering an increasingly effective and convenient experience.

In the hands-on experience session, many agents highly appreciated the fast processing speed and user-friendly interface of the Mini App. Agents attending the event directly used the Liberty Zalo Mini App to issue policies and contracts for customers. The total value of contracts issued right at the event reached hundreds of millions of VND.

After the exciting moments of trying the app, issuing policies, and delivering satisfaction to customers, Ms. L., a Liberty Insurance agent since the company’s early days in Vietnam, remarked: “So simple, so useful, and so convenient!”

More specifically, according to Ms. N.Đ., another Liberty Insurance agent, the Liberty Zalo Mini App has brought maximum convenience to her work. Now, she no longer needs to fill in information manually, as the system allows data scanning and auto-entry. In addition, with the app integrated directly into Zalo, Ms. N.Đ. can freely work and support customers anytime, anywhere.

Listening to feedback from agents, Liberty representatives also shared plans to expand the application to cover Liberty’s entire product portfolio, while adding new features such as contract renewal reminders. Liberty leadership affirmed their commitment to continuously improving products and tools to better serve agents.
