  1. Try to minimize the damage and safeguard the scene if conditions are safe.
  2. Immediately contact hotline.png for detailed instructions.
  3. Send claim request documents to Liberty Insurance.
 
LIBERTY INSURANCE
 
  1. Notify the customer of our decision within 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete claim documents or the final Independent Loss Adjuster's report.
  2. Make claim payment within 2 working days from the date the customer agrees with our claim decision.
