WHAT TO DO WHEN A LOSS OCCURS:
Make sure everyone is OK. Call 115 for medical emergency.
Take all responsible steps to minimize the extent of loss or damage. If possible, take photographs of the damage and scene.
Immediately contact our 24/7 Customer Service Center for detailed instructions.
In case of traffic accidents, theft, burglary, robbery, vandalism, or malicious acts, please call 113 immediately.
Exchange insurance information with the other party, and collect contact information from them and witness, if any.
Do not discuss fault at the scene with the other party. We will assist you to ask for compensation or pay for compensation or pay the other party on your behalf in accordance with your insurance policy.
Complete the claim form and return the form to us within the time frame stipulated in your insurance policy. You can download the claim form

to send it to you.
II. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CLAIMS:
ID card/ Passport of policyholder or representative in case policyholder is an organization
ID card/ Passport and driver license of the authorized driver
Vehicle registration certificate and Periodical inspection certificate
Investigation dossier and reports issued by the competent authorities
Photographs of the damage and scene in case of traffic accident
In case of an indemnity for the loss of a third party in accordance with the investigation reports or judgment of the authorities, please provide additional documents relating to the loss or damage to the third party and ID documents of the injured
If your vehicle is not repaired by a garage in Liberty Insurance cash-free network, please provide a full set of documents relating to the loss or damage to the vehicle as per our Claims Department's requests
