For cold freight cargo: Part flow chart, Temperature data record

For complaints regarding bulk cargo: Charter Party if "To be used with Charter Party" is noted in the Bill of Lading

For complaints regarding total loss or damage: Original bill of lading, all relevant documentation and reports, packing list

For cargo damage caused by collision: Sea protest, all reports/statements/records, and the Determination of fault by the relevant authorities (court/port officials/police) at the location of the accident

For cost-incurred loss: Cost estimate, Estimate of logistics costs including cargo handling costs/repair costs/reprocessing fees/costs related to preventing further loss to damaged cargo, receipts/invoices, etc.

For damage to local freight delivery by ship or boat: Seaworthiness Certificate of the ship, Certificate of proof of civil liability insurance from the carrier

For damage to local freight delivery by truck: Truck driver's driving license
