Benefits of Compulsory Third party liability insurance for motorbike owner

Liberty Insurance will indemnify the amount of which vehicle’s owner are liable to pay against bodily injury and property damage to the third party and passengers up to the limit of liability as follows:

Death and Bodily Injury: 150,000,000 VND per person per occurrence. Specifically:

Insurance Benifits	Limit of liability
Death by accident	Fully reimbursement up to 150,000,000 VND/person/occurrence
Disablement or Injury due to accident	Reimbursement as defined in "Table of indemnity payment regulations in injury cases"

Property Damage: reimbursement based on actual damage, maximum 100,000,000 VND per occurrence.
