THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERS

Obligatory third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners is regulated by Decree No. 103/2008/ND-CP and Circular 26/2008/TT-BTC with standard policy provisions, insurance benefits and premium rates. Moreover, owners of motor vehicles are encouraged to purchase voluntary third party liability insurance to better protect them against legal responsibilities.

How deductible works? For example, if your deductible is VND 1 million:
1. If the value of the loss is under VND 1 million, you will be fully responsible for the loss.
2. If the value of the loss is over VND 1 million, you will pay VND 1 million and Liberty will pay the rest.

SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION

PARTIAL DAMAGE
