CAR/EAR INSURANCE APPLICATION STRUCTURE 

  1. Part I - Physical Damage (MD) 
    Covers for physical damage (unexpected and unforeseen) to the construction/installation items of the Works, if not included in the policy's exclusions. In which, the insurance conditions must ensure compliance with the current compulsory Construction Insurance regulations. 

 

  1. Part II - Third Party Liability (TPL) 
    Covers the Insured's liabilities for third party property damage and personal injury, arising from construction/installation activities. 

 

KEY INSURANCE RISKS 

  1. Natural disasters (storms, floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes) 
  2. Fire, explosion 
  3. Careless Loss 
  4. Malicious actions, sabotage 
  5. Loss (indirect) due to defects in materials, poor workmanship, design defects (depending on the coverage selected) 

(Insurance in Part I is coverage for all risks not listed in the Exclusions of the Policy)
